Terms and Conditions

1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. The competition is open to customers of the Get Sexy online shop whose purchase is made, with payment cleared, by the 30th December, 2009. 2. The winning entry will be the first entrant drawn at the offices of Dirty Weekend International Pty Ltd, Asquith NSW 2077 on the 30th December 2009 at 11am EST.

3. The judges decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at Dirty Weekend International Pty Ltd. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.

4. Total prize value as at 1/3/09 is $50.00. The prize is a $50 Gift Voucher.
The Gift Voucher is only valid in the Get Sexy online shop and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Any change in the value of the prize occurring between publishing date and date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods and services. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

6. The promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
